At RoC® Skincare, we stand behind the efficacy of our clinically proven formulas and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
